Heidi Klum wants to help Spears

Model Heidi Klum says she wants to open her home to Britney Spears. Klum says the troubled pop singer is welcome to live with her for a couple of months to help put her life back together. Spears has had two visits to psychiatric hospitals this year and was most recently placed under a conservatorship by an L.A. court official. Conservatorships are established when a court determines that someone cannot take care of themselves.

Meanwhile, a man who claims to be Britney Spears' new lawyer says the star's civil rights are being violated. Jon Eardley filed a complaint in U.S. District Court on behalf of Spears last week, saying that conservatorship deprives her of her constitutional rights. Eardley says there are very serious issues of confinement with the order and he's trying to reestablish a normal life for the singer when it comes to her living and legal situations.

The sci-fi thriller "Jumper" leaped to the number one spot at box offices over the weekend. The movie, starring Hayden Christensen, earned more then $27 million. It beat out "Step up 2 the Streets," which took second place. "The Spiderwick Chronicles" took third place.

Some of the music world's greatest band members are turning into camp counselors. Musicians like Bruce Kulick from the band KISS and Nick Mason of Pink Floyd are hosting Rock n' Roll Fantasy Camp. It's a five-day intensive course for regulars to roll up their sleeves and learn how to be a rock star. Glenn Hughes of Deep Purple and Brian Wilson of the Beach Boys are counselors also pitching in to help. The camp will tour across the country and host one-day workshops.

Actor Christopher Walken dressed in drag to earn Harvard University's Hasty Pudding Man of the Year award. The Oscar winner wore a bra and brown wig and also sang a song from the movie Hairspray before accepting the wacky honor on Friday from the prestigious college's amateur theatrical organization. Actress Charlize Theron won the Hasty Pudding Women of the Year award earlier this month.
