Evicted Tenants Beating On Wall to Harass Us

Harassment in the form of beating on the apartment wall common to both apartments from the tenants we're evicting as they're moving out

Check your computer's audio settings Make sure your bass is turned up.. Also use a different media player, like VLC if you're grabbing the MP4 version. I can certainly hear thumping on the wall and a dog barking. There's obviously something wrong with your computer's audio settings.

Those people have a mental disease and should see a psychologist. _THEY'RE_ the sick ones. Anywho, the lady we evicted was arrested and put in jail for abusing pain medications.

Also that entire family was caught going into houses up for sale and stealing things. One realtor had enough of the burglary and put a hidden security cameras and used it as evidence in court.

Put a judgment on them and have some prick of a lawyer go after them. Its the only way to wake these losers of a tenants up.

Well, they've been evicted a long time ago. They did nothing until they got served the notice from the county sheriff then they just harassed us the whole week. She showed up late to the hearing so we finally got our way. she got caught illegally obtaining and selling pain killers.

I agree. I wish we knew how bad they were before we rented to them. They even stole the refridgerator while moving out! I don't know how long that apartment will be vacant.

I've heard in the UK they want landlords to fork out for it whilst the property is empty. Try gumtree.

One of our tenants used to try and harass us by jumping up and down, thumping on our ceiling and shouting (nice people!).

We got them out, police were called. But they were after a council house, so they had to horrible stuff to be evicted.
