mega man 1 - elecman stage (glitch used)

@sarahroy100 I think some NES Emulators dont have the up+down function working. Try from Emulator to Emulator and see which one works =)

@belkotar It can only be performed by using a keyboard, on the computer. You press Down and Up at the same time.
