Cain has fake jewels because Tina hid the real ones with David Vickers, the dog. Cain jumps out of the plane with his fake jewels. Antonio, Cristian, Sarah & Tina arrive in Llanview. They run into Viki.

Too true. And, if it's like any airplane I've ever seen the door would need to be pulled inward before being pushed out and so the airpressure would make it nearly impossible to even get the door open.
