@S00015523 I think that's plenty of time! Just cut and sandwich on one day, sew the x's the next, sew the strips the next, and that leaves several days to clip the edges!! I wish you luck!

Wow!! That is AMAZING!! :) I really do want to make a quilt now. Was thinking of one for my Grans birthday which is in a weeks time but I think I am leaving it a little too late. I haven't exactly done much sewing before so it is all new to me. What do you think? Would 5-6 days be long enough to finish it in?!

Awesome videos! You are very good at explaining the steps and what to do and not to do. I think I am ready to give it a try.....I'm so glad you mentioned the spring scissors - I am definitely going to get a pair!
