This test was intended to see the difference between full ceramic bearings, ceramic bearings and regular bearings. Results are just amazing.

  • Its a pretty subjective test!! First of all the full ceramic rim is a lot heavier than the mavics used in the 2 other front wheels.

And how do we know what bearing tension was used???

what about force that was used to spin the wheels??

    Subjective test!!!! :)

  • Im going to put ceramic bearings in my mail box door!

  • @durianriders Next time you do a you tube demo, use a weight calibrated to hit the rubber of the tire at all the same distances, it will give more credibility to the demo.

  • @m015094 They are more durable.

  • i have sealed steel bearings and if this spin test is an accurate way to measure friction my bears go way beyond the ceramic hey i still want to try them someday

i replaced them and have about 2500 miles on them you can see on my vid i am going to make now.

  • Next time stop moving the dam camera around looks stupid leave it in one place .

  • Yes this is a subjective test but that excuse only gets you so far. Even if the wheel is a little heavier(which you can't be sure of) or the seals are junk(you're just making up excuses there) the bearings are still better. And they better be!!! I'm not much of a biker but just doing research on ceramic bearings. If you are paying several times the price the performance better be improved. If you go for hundreds of miles I'm sure you'll notice the difference.

  • This is stupid a heaver wheel spins longer due to the stored inertia inside of the weight of the wheel. You should have gotten three of the same wheels and spuns them with a moving motor like a treadmill.

  • You should ride it! I mean in practice, the same rider will not bee several times faster if the wheel spin several times longer. That should be a real test, not this , ROFLMAO.

  • por que no con las de atras?????
