brian is a alligator controlagent for the state of florida, he is responding to a alligator that ate a neighbors dog.....the state issues a permit, and the gator is relocated. brain also has his own tv. show. and shoots all his own footage,

keep in mind, it is against the law to pursue, hunt, or capture an alligator with out a state issued permit.

just fyi after cheking with brian and alligator control agent rick kramer, there are rare sitauations when an alligator is relocated, but most nuisance alligators are processed.
