if you want to afk range train you should get bronze knifes, good tanking gear such as guthans helm guthans skirt arma top or karils top zammy book and just afk, use guthans to heal, etc

Yeah , these arent the smartest for ranging. Yak's and dragons are your best hope for range. Just take bronze knife's to yaks and your set.
