It has never gotten us to a single destination.... that is a fact, unlike rude little Dick shites like you. @loyalqueen So glad to have saved at least one person. Spend a bit more and buy a decent brand, some now have free maps for life, and for around only $50 more. Well worth the look. Also, Harvey Norman sell lots of junk, we have a computer and video camera we bought off them that were junk, the computer we had to fix ourselves and the camera had parts fall off it.....outside warranty of course, and we had hardly used it that much. You'd have thought we would have learnt by now lol. We have now!

I got a Navigon 1400 for my birthday on the 13th August this year from my proud kids. It has never gotten us to a destination yet....ever. Today I turned it on at 7:50am approx, and it got a signal at 9:17am..... 14 minutes after I arrived back home. When taken back to Harvey Normans, where purchased, the guy there was told that they should not sell c*%p and his reply was "Well somebody has to", which basically summarises this product. It is junk and a waste of money.
