@halt661 The Panzers were good but they got bogged down in the mud and the German soldiers were ill equipped for one of the worst winters in that area. Hitler also underestimated the Soviet and US military's by fighting the war on 2 fronts, he didnt think America would get involved. If God doesnt intervene with the weather I still think the Axis might've still won and we'd all be typing German right now.

@halt661 They did have the best equipment. They were the best equipped fighting force of the war. It was weight of numbers that defeated Germany.

@Zoeler Germany did in no way put the USSR and the USA to shame. What a biased comment, hahaha. Germany was never more industrialized the US for one. They were also missing an important piece of technology from their arsenal during WWII: the atomic bomb.

1) Your numbers are WRONG (the complete number for ALL LIVES lost during WW2 estimated to be between 50-70 million. How could the allies lose 70 million? The REAL numbers are as follows: Axis: 11 million dead, Allies: 61 Million. Btw, most of the casualties were civilians, mostly likely Russian too...YOU NEED TO SEPERATE MILITARY DEATHS WITH CIVILIAN CASUALITIES before you make your claim. No modern army is based on the SS, they weren't even considered part of the German Army (Heer)

The british had no chance against Germany on its own. The british would have been defeated easily one on one. Soviets and the US as well could have been defeated one on one, maybe even one on two.
