Andrew Napolitano is one of the few people on Fox on a semi-normal basis who I respect. He's not some Bush or Republican sychophant. He is nonpartisan and stands by his convictions.

You know, I find it amazing that, even though his books talk about a lot of freedoms being endangered by the Patriot Act and other terrorism legislation, which Fox's people tend to endorse, they review him as though they agree with him on all that. It's mind-boggling. Do they really think HE'S a conservative?

I somewhat agree. But remember, if *he* were President he wouldn't just put out a signing statement and change the law *illegally*. He would have to get the support of the Congress for everything he wants to do. Only the best of his ideas will be implemented, like Just Come Home. I'm willing to chance it that there are enough Pro-Choice votes in the Congress to get all the other great things Ron Paul will bring to the Presidency.
