I wonder if people who milk cows feel weird doing it... I mean I felt like I might go and milk my neigbours cow to get some raw milk but.... then i'd have to jerk some udders and that just dont sit right with me. ALTHOUGH the cheese could be worth it.

Believe it or not most of the milking is done with machines now. I was allowed to milk by hand because I am kind of crazy like that. I wanted to try it and now that is off of my list. I would like to do it again to make more of that chees though!!!

I'm sure you will enjoy it. It really helps alot if you use raw milk. I know it is kind of expensive but it's worth it.
