@mattporcelli This Liturgy is older than the Liturgy of St.Basil,St.Chrysostomos,and the Presanctified Gifts back in the old days before these liturgies the Iconostasis did not exist only some churches used curtains the Armenian and Syriac Orthodox churches are great examples

@mattporcelli Because it's the Divine Liturgy of St James, which is only celebrated in the Byzantine rite a maximum of twice a year under normal circumstances (St. James of Jerusalem's feast day and the Feast of the Family of the Lord).
