The guitar part works well on banjo and mandolin (I've been playing for a year or two). Other instruments like kazoo, spoons, and jaw harp were also used in the deconstruction of this rock classic.

  • Thanks hippiechick - this will be on my upcoming album "Pointless Remakes."

  • your banjo pluckin' is right on. Your photoshop skills need a little work, though. Nice work. How bout applying this style to a Pink Floyd song?

  • Which one? Floyd's sound is more atmospheric, moody, not really the 16th note machine gun of the banjo.
