A written agreement signed by President Mwai Kibaki and Prime Minister Raila Odinga is now becoming the chief tormentor of public officers formally indicted or linked directly or indirectly to the post election violence. Analysts say that deal could be used to unseat Deputy Prime Minister Uhuru Kenyatta, even as he puts up a spirited attempt to ward off calls for his resignation. Uhuru however maintains it is only Parliament that can effect his removal as DPM, by passing a vote of no confidence against him.

  • kalonzo, kalonzo, kalonzo..... which law school did u attend??

  • @house91000 Two wrongs cannot make a right, secondly you should be aware that the killings in Nyanza were done by men in uniform and moreover they were directed at the locals. Despite this, it is an open truth that people were maimed, raped and murdered in thousands whilst others forcefully ejected from their livelihood. Those who hold the greatest responsibilities for these atrocities should face the music. My deepest sympathies goes to the victims not the empowered and arrogant elite.

  • I am so ashamed about the behaviour of Uhuru. In civilized countries such leaders dont even wait to be told to resign. In other countries like japan, their guilty feelings drive them to commit suicide. Uhuru is behaving like a crazy old man who doesnt know how where to go after leaving the office. Ocampo should have kenya a favour of locking in the two.

  • @chikombe1 I am aware that people were raped, maim and murdered.for at least 30 days in western, coast and nyanza before the naivasha killings and another 30 afterwards yet those who organized those killings in nyanza and western are not on the dock ....that's the kind of absurd world I live in

  • The constitution is vague. What is considered as moral and ethical to one person, might not the same to another person. MPS (politicians) have no morals and are not ethical.

  • @Maweresistance

Based on the constitution "My Friend", it requires 25% from at least half the counties and 51% of the total votes do the math and realize that one cannot afford to antagonize any section of the population and hope to be head of state (including the so called misguided Kenyans from North Rift and Kiambu areas) That's the only part of that lousy constitution that I approved

  • Musalia, I beg to take a different stance; you seem to be reading from the same script as the political squealer. These guys cannot and will not see or accept the truth. They are the human proverbial ostriches of our time. They have this inherent priggish mindset which impedes their judgment. I reiterate that it is time to remove the gown of ethnicity and don national gear for the benefit of our motherland. Why pacify these individuals? Rhetoric and arrogance are wrong jigsaws for progress.

  • This wanainchi singing for this morons need to wisen up and realise that they are just being used . Dont vote this morons back in power

  • what is the song at the beginning please
