I was not employing any type of deduction to arrive at the conclusion that Holder did not pardon anyone, it is indeed an historical fact. Although I am not sure how the topic of waterboarding came up, I do find it illogical to conflate or otherwise equate the responsibilities of an assistant AG with those of the commander in chief especially when mentioning the prospect of a potential war crime.

Eric Holder is a facist; he wants to get rid of the second amendment and the first amendment. Neither of these amendments can be permitted in a facist society. and like I said before, I totally understand why you may have the feelings you have about certain blacks, but it is not the real story about the majority...Wesley Autrey (subway superman who saved the guy in NY) took his kids to school and then went to work - every black I know said finally someone we recognize - good father - hard working - brave - good citizen, not the criminals, or rappers we usually see on the news...when there is a big crime "we" cringe until we see the news picture
