Molly Galbraith Goblet Squat 70 lbs for 15 reps. I am working hard on driving my knees OUT! You can see as I get fatigued my knees (especially my left one) start to cave in a bit. I also normally goblet squat with a little closer stance... this is pretty wide. If I bring my stance in a bit I can probably drive my knees out harder. Work in progress!
