    My father ran the movie theater in Hillsborough, NC. He hired Waters in 1939 to make movies of local people. The film now is in the Hillsboro Historical Museum and is available on DVD. It is a treasure.

    why are there no comments here? this man is a legend. he would go town to town with a 16mm camera and a projector and make neighborhood films for neighborhood people!
