  • When you have a character go into an object how do you do it?

25 years ago I did a few claymations with 8mm film. My trick was to film with the camera upside down, then flip the film upside down which made things run in reverse. That's how I was able to get things to "step out" of a book.

  • i take a butter knife and i start slicing off pieces from bottom to top and film each shot of the decreasing body, the reverse way i have to create the character as it comes through

  • post those films if you can

  • Very cool video. Short and sweet. I can't believe your stuff isn't more popular. You need to advertise more.

  • They're so bad. Imagine this, I didn't even use a tripod. But I think my new video camera might be able to do the trick if I can adjust the frame rate.

  • Very good love your claymations :) the mirror was good and also loved the music.

  • Nice use of the mirror and I like the music! Keep animating!
