  • @bntt04 it depends on your goal, If u want only strength ...then it is okay, but my goal is strength and muscles, so i have to add weight.

  • @omarstrike this is because you dont know how to train with out weight there a lot more variation of natural exercise

  • @suparpowers how could u train ur quads without weights for example?...unless u want chicken legs?! u need to train all ur body muscles...

    weights are for adding resistance...coz sometimes body weight is not enough to feel burn in ur muscles...

  • @omarstrike Lol really? Pushups are almost the same as bench presses etc... You get my point? Just do other form of bench presses or chair dips... and there you have it: a bicep-tricep workout.

  • @suparpowers u can not build muscles with just body weight workouts !

  • i know that criticism is never fun, but your workout is borderline awful. especially since you're training for parkour, you really need to work pulling motions (chin ups), leg strength, and grip strength.

    and that "flow" thing was not martial arts, it was just embarrassing. go for a run instead.
