These are really tasty! I made them today and I can't stay away from them. I added the carob chips, and rolled some in carob powder, coconut, and kept some plain. My 7 year old daughter helped!

I love your recipes but i still don't understand why is it necessary to cover the top with a towel. please explain

Thank you for encouraging words! I think you are asking about covering the Focaccia with a towel. it is made in a crock pot. i put a towel or paper towel under the lid to catch condensation that developes so that it does not drip in the bread. if I misunderstood your question let me know.
