It has been good lessons listening to the many Lamas and teachers Geshe Michael Roach & Lama Christy McNally has taught.,but for this lifetime,I also thank ones in my personal home for allowing me meditation and "retreat'time for several hours a day.It is also to them that even a few things have changed better.
