I think the idea is not about what people do wrong, but what can we modify in our lives, that would make this world a better place to live in.because Home is the "World".re-educating/tappingin
to the uncounsciuos awareness level, people can and will work together will people, not to break with tradition, but to create new ones that are kinder in nature...NIce speach,Pacelle...You are a great example that we can with kindness repair some damage. -
He makes a compelling argument. The proof will be in the pudding, as we will see how this unfolds...

Thank you, I hope he follows though and becomes an advocate for the animals. Maybe he can help dogs and then expand and help all animals, become vegan and be a better person. Only time will tell.

HSUS already employs former dogfighters to educate inner-city kids about pit bulls and the fact that they are not "bred to fight" as a lot of people think. I don't see why everyone is up in arms about HSUS' decision to use Vick. He could do a lot of good. Only time will tell.

No what they should have done is make Vick donate 25% of his NFL earnings to local animal shelters to help homeless animals. You know that will never happen.

i think it's a good idea for HSUS to help Michael Vick, cause it shows that people can change and that just because they made a bad choice doesnt mean their a bad person...

Michael Vick is a dick. He should nto be able to go back in the NFL. Even if he is truley sorry, he needs to know this is not right. Jail for like 2 years is not a good punishment. He helped kill the dogs for pete sakes!

I think it's very sad an organization that is supposed to help animals has helped Vick get his NFL job back. Now America's young are attracted to bad boys-with a bad economy they will want to do the VICK thing and get their own pit bulls and start up their own dog fighting rings. Making $50,000 to $100,000 per dog fight is a powerful lure, and now a DOG FIGHTER will be playing for the prestigious NFL. This supports dog fighting, not against it.
Wayne you are very stupid to do this!!!!!!

True-Vick didn't get that law passed (Federal offense to have interstate dog fighting). That law was passed, signed by George W.Bush, prior to Vick getting arrested. Otherwise the Feds would have never been able to use the interstate dog fighting law. John Kerry did propose a federal bill to toughen dog fighting laws after Vick's arrest, but it never went anywhere and is a dead bill. Once Vick plays NFL again-dog fighting is going to rise sharply-a dog fighter will be USA's role model
