Ex-City boy Marchant says travelling is "in his blood". So he ditched his full-time job and set up Black Tomato in 2005 with Matt Smith and James Merrett. Marchant explains how they've gone from "three people obsessively doing everything" to running an award-winning travel site, which puts the customer first.
