Hi there watsons mountain trail rides, I was just wondering if you knew Charlie or glenda lovick? They actually worked on both the movies. They are my family, very proud of this land. Continue the good work and educating people on australian outback! :)

Amazing time of year when the festival is on... I'm from corryong and the four day long festival is amazing... whats even cooler is my names actually clancey... so if you nkow the poem and the names that go with it...... my name gets said alot hahah

Went on a 5 day trail ride for our yr10 camp last week and I LOVED it! It was so much fun!! The horses were awesome (I rode Buddy), the staff were super sweet and the views were AMAZING!!! Now I really want to go back again! Thanks for an awesome time. xox Rachel (from Braemar College)

Hi Clancey, This is filmed at Mansfield where the Man from Snowy River film was made. Some say the Man from Snowy River was based around Jack Riley from Corryong but apparently Banjo Pattersons (the author of the poem) nieces say it wasn't about any cattlemen in particular rather a story representing all of them. So it is celebrated across the whole of the Victorian High Country if not Australia. Cheers Michael
