I would to know which is the best format to use for YT?

I've bought PRO but my video lasts for 2.49mins!!

Also how do you extend the times of the slides? Some of mine are 2sec's

Ok, I have open office and the program is Impress. When I go to save file as there in not an option to save it as a JPEG file. What do I do?
