Hello thanks for your question. It depends if you are 7.5 US or UK? If you are UK then a US 7 should do. If you are 7.5 US then a 6 should fit. Another way is measure your foot from tip of big toe to edge of heel, then we can be sure. I hope that helps? Kind Regards - Chris

I have not tried the Nikes myself, so it would be unfair to comment. I have ordered some in once for a bloke competing in the masters games. From what I saw they looked comparable.
Both light with good grip patterns. I think the Nike had a slightly rounder heel area. I sell the Adidas because they are well made, super light and Adidas back their product. Sorry I have not got more info for you.
