Just a slideshow of autolux pics to a song that almost no one has heard. Listen - and enjoy the sonic weirdness.

  • Is this a coalition song or is it one of their singles?

    Or the one with Unkle?

I have all thier music minus that one

  • @bored2tearz wow, it's been awhile since I was on youtube - to answer your question (4 months late, sorry), it was a song they wrote for an exhibit called "Sonic Scenery" at at the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County. It's not with Unkle (which, btw, they just did another collaboration for the new unkle cd and it's VERY different from the last one). I think it's just them.

  • @vdoza33 yeah, I saw them. Best show I've seen them do (4th time I've seen them). They have their energy back this year (last year, they seemed a little beaten down)!

Also, it was great to see Greg sit down at a keyboard for certain songs (like The Science of Imaginary Solutions, which they opened with). Their sound has certainly expanded!

  • it's really terrible that they cancelled their show for Aug. 4th at amoeba records in Hollywood, now I wait till they go all they way around and come back before I can go see them. :-8#@@%&%$##

  • @vdoza33 well, this show is at the same venue they were at last year in SLC - it holds about 250 people. Last year, they all hung out for about 20 minutes after the show. My wife had done some sketches of them playing, and they signed those. So yeah, I think I can buy the album at the show and have them sign it there (because it's cooler if it's been scribbled on by a sharpie)

  • @zerothought

pirate? that sucks but fuckit haha do what you gotta do. really? have them sign it? can you really get that close? ima see em at the el rey theatre....pretty small little venue haha

  • I got it from soulseek
