NHL gamecenter live not working (1 of 4)

NHL gamecenter live used to work on my iPhone 4s. I used to watch games all the time on it. However, recently it has stopped working (except when on wifi, which is useless because I'll generally have better options to watch the game when I have access to wifi, such as via a ps3 or AppleTV).

My Phone is an iPhone 4s. It has the latest version of iOS, and the latest version of the Gamecenter app.

I rely on my iPhone to be able to watch the game when I'm out or at work, and this is why I bought gamecenter live, and it is not working.

No response from tech support. However, I stopped encountering the issue yesterday for live games (all live games worked). I didn't bother to test video clips.
