This video demonstration shows how to use document protection in Microsoft Office Word 2007. With Word 2007, you can have form fields, free form editable areas, and areas which are completely locked. This can be very useful for function like memos, where you want to prevent formatting and enforce input limits for things like name, phone, etc but allow the body to be editable, while at the same time ensuring that standard elements cannot accidently be removed.
