  • The pride of bilbao used to be the largest ferry in the uk until it left p&o but I do not think that the pride of hull is the largest ship in the world.

Soon on my channel I will be putting on a video of the pride of calais and another of p&o 's new ship the spirt of britan.

  • Not exactly... Queen Mary XD

  • My uncle worked in the red bar, which is shown near the end, for 30 years however he no longer works on there. My dad has worked on there for 10 years now and works as the Restaurant manager of the Four Seasons buffet located on green deck. Shame this was'nt shown on the video as this in my opinion is one of the best places on the entire ship, after the Bridge ofcourse. The voice used to tell people where to go and what to do (heard @ 3:15) is the same one used today and has been used for ages.

  • nice video! i like ferry`s very much!

  • just been to England and back. Absolutely the worst ferry, old rusting, and that silly woman shouting in the morning in my spartan cabin!

  • @stealth192

The Pride of Hull/Rotterdam ferries depart in Rotterdam and arrive in Hull and vice versa, so that's nothing to do with this vid which says "Hull Zeebrugge Ferry".

I used the Rotterdam/Hull Route four times this year, two times in the easter holidays when I went to England (and back) and two times in the summer holidays when I went there (and back). These ships are really big and very beautiful, with those lounges and restaurants. I like them very much, also because they go overnight!

  • Imagine arriving from Europe to a dump like Hull. You'd immediately get on the first ferry back.

  • if any other firm was negligent and caused 190 + people to perish they would have been shut down

instead they continue to this day and charge exuberant prices to cross the channel

    RIP

  • I worked there on board in the month of april!

the other ship in the harbour is the pride of hull. That is one of the beautiest ships of P&O!!
