Probably an American stuntman (or maybe firefighter ?) decades ago.
But this is absolutely not Georges Hebert.
First off, if he knew what Hebert looked like, you'd know it's not him.
Secondly, he got his right arm injured in 1914 in WWI and this left him disabled for the rest of his life.
Last, if you knew about his philosophy and the ethics of Methode Naturelle, you would know it was not about showing off or entertaining an audience.

Can anyone tell me where the last part of the video was taken? The first few parts have been shot in New York, right? When the stuntmen is in the wheel at the end it says Ostseestrand on the sign next to him. That´s German.

The man in the first half of the video was my father, John Ciampa, born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. The tree climbing took place on Eastern Parkway and the school is Public School 155 on Herkimer Street.
