@trustinChrist08 no they're not...they have no side effects. I had cystic acne for about 2 years. Then I went Organic...ate organic...had organic skin care products, shampoo. It helped a lot! Made the cystic acne go away. But I was left with moderate acne. I took natures cure and now I have really mild acne. I break out but like once a month. Its not as bad as it used to be. Just try them...they work!
