Caught! on Covert Video In Carport

The storage space above the hood of the car is common to most open air carport spaces. I removed one bolt from the hinge and installed a pinhole camera in the bolt hole and duct taped it in. Inside the storage locker I placed a PV-1000 Micro DVR and Button pinhole camera and powered it off of a Sears Diehard Riding lawn mower battery (an automobile battery will work also) and hooked it up with standard radio shack alligator clip to DC power adapter for about a week of run time in motion detect mode. Get two batteries and charge one and swap them out.

So who was this guy, and why was he trashing your car? I'm assuming he must have done this before, causing you to set up the camera to catch the perp. So what's the rest of the story? Why did he do it? Did you turn the video over to the police?  Was he arrested? Inquiring minds want to know.
