Pronouncing th isn't so hard for me, but spelling it in fast succession is a problem.

I guess the only way to improve that is a lot of practice.

Great, thanks. It isn't that difficult it's just the way you use your tongue.

Just looks stupid when I pronounce it, sticking my tongue out a bit. Maybe native English speakers do it as well, but fast and then you don't really see it.
