The very mellow Underground- overhead is a song which is caught in the eye of a tornado of styles and fueled by universal influences. Coming from a chaotic punk-metal background, this was the only way to escape the painful decades of the 70's, 80's & 90's plastic pop music. At the age of eight I was, still am, fascinated by real hardworking three piece punk-rock bands, I thought of reducing a band to just me and a drummer, way before White Stripes or Sea-sick-Steve. Conducting the writing, playing and singing to a bare minimum in order to enjoy thrashing them out passionately on stage at any time. This habit of performing has crept into the way I record independently in my own house by recording each instrument and singing on individual tracks later, adding them together to create this tornado of styles. Its time to rattle the ever so safe music industry and strangle it to a near death before it realizes how dead it really is. Lets bring the underground overhead and march on the murky, manufactured music mess. Riot.
