Today I was making a basic Tuna Casserole and felt that I didn't make enough sauce. Since I had ran out of milk and didn't have a can of cream of mushroom soup, I thought that I was shit out of luck ... UNTIL I remembered this little recipe that Chef John made using a creamy tomato soup. I didn't have that, but I had a bottle of organic Tomato Alfredo sauce. So, I threw that in and it ended up being the BEST Tuna Casserole that I have ever made. Thanks Chef John!
