Second, this is an awesome album. I'm a fan of the Stampeders, and this is one of my favourite albums from them. These guys are from Calgary, Alberta (western Canada). Here's a sample of the album. I highly suggest going out and finding yourself a copy. I'm not sure of the availability of this album outside of Canada, but it's worth a look anyway. I'm also not sure if this album is even still in print or not.

And doesn't that sound incredible? That's the sound of a mint condition LP played on a 1980 Sanyo TP-1010 turntable.

But converting it to MP3 has seriously decreased the sound quality.

  • Thank's so much wilkes85 for posting this!! I grew up listening to the Stampeders, and this album in particular. Think I still have it with the rest of my album's but I did not take very good care of them then( too many parties ! ) Awesome Canadian Rock!!!

  • Great compilation! I have this album, in pristine condition. Got the back of the album autographed by the band members sometime in the 1990s... they were impressed that the album jacket was in such good condition... I play that album over and over again when i was young but i took really good care of it. Love every song.
