@SparktehFox I've played Madworld, I'd STILL say Manhunt is more gruesome, and games like Madworld and No More Heroes are just more bloody, but I must say Madworld comes pretty damn close!

this isnt the real uncensored version cause in the actual version the is no redness when you execute someone

@NFSMASTER101 The game is marketed as the AO version. It's as uncensored as you can get, unfortunately. It was a bad choice (I think) for Rockstar to add any sort of filter.

The D2D version sucks and its not even the real uncut because when you do a kill its red like hell and when you do a kill fraps jerking out, im not trying to insult you im just saying you got ripped off and by the way they don't have it at D2D anymore buy a hard copy on ebay and it comes with other games

@x7Chaos and well the game was just way to violent and way to gruesome like foe Ex in the wii verason you get ato have a barbewire has a wepaon and you go up behind him and take the barbewire and put it under him

and put it under his dick and just start cuting and nobady and no store wanted a ao game on its gamesteytem. so they toned it down so it could be on a game syteam i used to have it for psp. just go on all manhunt 2 kills for the wii you see why
