@GreenMintsProd iraq did have an army, and they lasted less than 2 weeks i know that for a fact, and the insurgency has the freedom of wearing civilian clothes and running away. So no America is not being held back, its war...people die man. BTW America found sadam, they imposed a democracy, trained the police force, made iraqi special forces second to NONE in the WORLD, and have now ended combat opperations, and it is now being run by the iraq government.
