The saddle comes off her head, because it's YOSHI'S SADDLE. O_o I know right? So it tends to follow the previous animation paths that the saddle used to. Not a big deal, still the edit of the month. Heh.

You can use Birdo by enabling the Ocarina code entitled File Patch Code by Phantomwings, and then by placing the birdo file in the following location on your SD card:

X:\private\wii\app\RSBE\pf\fighter\yoshi\

Computer Specs:
-Phenom ii X2 Dual Core 3.1GHz Unlocked to Quad-Core, and overclocked @ 3.63GHz per core.
-2GB of DDR3 RAM (10600)
-Radeon HD 5770 1GB Overclocked to 900MHz Engine, and 1400MHz Memory (from 800/1200)

Dolphin Settings:
-Maximum Everything. OpenGL plugin.
-Recorded with Fraps @ 60fps, but exported in Windows Movie Maker @ 30fps, because there is no 60fps option. (Anybody have a 60fps alternative?)

I hope that wasn't there before I asked my question. I'd feel silly for not looking. But anyways thank you for enlightening me. Oh and I always wondered, what the benefits to overclocking were. It seems like a lot of people do it.

@Apocolypse3000 Well, in this case, overclocking allowed me to squeeze out a massive amount of juice so I could manage to record the game as well as play it at the same time without any lag time.
