What was your starting weight in the video? How tall are you? I have the same type of stomach (hanging down) like yours and seen a huge difference in yours, did it lift or are your pants just holding it in? I am about to start my hcg journey, ordered it today!! @CrystalMamaof4 My starting weight was 263.5. i am 5' 4" tall. although the yoga pants i am wearing are spandex cotten mix, they not holding my belly up. i was scared of doing my 1st vlog. The accountability really helped me stay on track. By doing the before & after I can really see my progress, because i am going very slow my mental image catches up with my physical image i dont really see the changes my subscribers do.

this is honestly the best protocal ever, i have lost alot of lbs AND inches, i am uploading my journey on her to you tube, if anybody has questions just let me know i will try to answer them in a video, i am just finishing my third round!!!! :D
