@wilbest21 Dude that's got to be quietest 2002 VFR I have ever heard. My 1999 sounds bad-ass, now I know why I would never buy a new one. What happen to the V4 engine with gear driven cams sound..., and when you blip that throttle when downshifting, OMG that sound is lovely.

@dulaustefan Took mine of my 1999 VFR, they would scrape the mountains all day long, but I did not want them hooking into the road and causing a low-slide.

Just speculating here. I took the class as well on my ST4, similar bike to your VFR and rode away from a similar situation. It seems like your bike was at max lean and you started scraping hard parts. At that point you panicked and cut the throttle and the bike lost the momentum that was keeping the bike up. Next time scoot your body out further you can take the same turn at the same speed without making the bike lean so much. It appears you could have leaned your body out further.

You were doing so well. What did you do wrong?

nice work though! I'm almost petrified of laying my VFR down (fire red '02). Watching you, I'm thinking how hard you're probably working! Taking a low speed spill like that probably helped more than it hurt... get over it and move on. Was this YOUR bike? Any damage?

Yeaa poor vfr :((, in the footpegs you can put a screw and on thight corner you will scrach with them.....you will always hear them and know that you are lean enough :))
Actually, I was distracted by something (you can see my head turn just before the crash), and I strated to tense my inside arm which basically put the bike under me, running out of traction on my tire.
