I recall "Saturday Night Live" did a spoof off of this promo in reference to NBC's disastrous prime-time lineup: "NBC, Smart As A Peacock!"

My favorite. Didn't realize it was over 30yrs. old. I was 11 and yeah NBC was bland. I only remember watching Different Stokes. Which Hello Larry came from. Saturday night.
