People who don't like Niandra Lades just don't get it... The complexity of everything on this album is just amazing. The first time I listened to Ants I was blown away and the same thing hapenned for Usually Just A T-Shirt (Or Soul Removal if you call it that way).

@JB655 well it's not hard to understand why people don't like it, personally niandra and t shirt is my favorite album of all time, but i'm not surprised why people don't like it, it's a pretty fucked up album, it's not that they don't get it, they just don't like it.

usually just a t-shirt is the name of the song. not soul removal. this was the first john frusciante song i heard that wasnt a rhcp song. right away i thought this was one of the greatest artists of all time. whoever thinks this "isn't good" has simply not listened to enough music to 'get it' - I've listen to really old blues, country, folk, rock music from 60's to present, jazz, you name it. JOHN'S WORK IS AMAZING STUFF - if you don't get it... well OK. Those of us who do, LOVE IT.

all the songs on usually just a t-shirt embody one whole entity however this song along with "Ants" are probably B-sides that were never released on the album
