  • Is it okay if in one day I train my abs, arms, legs and cardio not at the same time but for example I do 10 sets in total and finish in one hour then move onto either abs or legs, is this an okay workout or am I doing it completely wrong?

  • God video. In response to the comments: Functional? functional to what? There is no such thing as a functional exercise. For example there is no exercise that is functional to football unless you are playing football. Kettlebell snatches are not necessarily better it would depend on a number of things including what you are training for.

  • I know it takes strength and flexibility, but where would u apply that specific motion? Kettlebell snatches would do a lot more to develop your post-chain. This workout isn't explosive enough
