  • @emyluv1 thanks, i will definitely look into it and try it because i am really into natural things and i believe they work so much better for the body without the negative side effects.

  • Hmm you know im not sure it could be the same thing just in spanish ive never wondered about how it was called in english ill look into that. The drink well very simple all you do is dump the seeds in drinkable water and let it rest overnight or at least 4 hrs and then is ready to drink you can either strain the water or leave the seeds theyre flavorless the water can sometimes have a very light beige tint but thats only if you leave the seeds for a long period of time.

  • @emyluv1 thanks for the suggestion. Is the semilla de linaza same as flaxseed and how is the drink made.

  • Very interesting. I'm from Mexico and since childhood my family as well as myself drink agua de Jamaica for kidney pain relief and yes it gets rid of the pain drinking this can also help with symptoms of urinary track infections. Also my mother uses this to dye her hair. If ur interested on something similar to Jamaica and with (in my opinion) much greater benefits try semilla de linaza it's made as a drink too just like jamaica
