1.Canada is to socialized healthcare as america is to beer, we have it but it isn't very good. Look into Britan or France's healthcare then talk.
2. You went to Quebec? You speak english and you went to Quebec for service. Skewed results much? Quebecers HATE english speakers and as a former Canadian you KNOW that.

also there is a set amount for each year of medical expences (doctor visits AND the cost of the medicine) which when it exeeds 416$ all medical services become free(medicine,vaccine, bloodwork etc). keep in mind that 416$ is very litle in a years worth of medical expences. 416$ = 2500kr. the avrage pay of a Norwegian person with a full time job earns 17600 each month(after tax). although this video is telling about Canadian standard. you don't have to base it on that model. at least i wouldn't

as a person who is living under a national healtcare system in Norway... i have never experienced that i have to wait for that amount of time for blood tests, checkups and the like. Yes i have experienced triage... but never have i waited for longer than 2 hours. vaccines have never been a problem either... and the amount i have to pay for each visit is a very low sum 20$ per visit. now bear in mind i earn twice of the avrage middleclass american in any avrage job.
