This is compelling stuff from the talented trio. They each bring their own individual energy 2 the table & cap it off with a stage presence 2 scare even the most egotistical of wannabes. It's not by accident that their lead singer, Kris Drever, recently won BBC's Horizon Folk award. It's difficult 2 overstate the positive affect this band could have on the folk-music scene throughout the world, so I'll not try. Suffice it 2 say: Lau are touched by genius.
