@assassin1243 Actually almost all music programs in Japan are extra curricular. They meet after school and rehearse everyday. Most are genuinely enthusiastic. And Japan was not a communist country last I knew.

yay for comunism! children dont get to pick what they like! the government tells them they will march when they are two and they will march! it might look pretty cool but its probably the govt picking out little 2 year olds who have the best characteristics and making them train for years. then the govt is happy because they look good and the kids all probably hate it.
